Deanna will speak about the plants used to create a blend of tea; and highlight their benefits and native/medicinal properties. Participants will fill their own small bag of loose-leaf tea to bring home.
Deanna is from Katzie First Nation. She was born and raised on Katzie Territory in Langley.
