"June 21" There are three images next to the date: an eagle, a narwhal, and a violin. The eagle represents First Nations. The narwhal represents Inuit. The violin represents Métis.

National Indigenous Peoples Day takes place on June 21. It’s a special occasion to learn more about the rich and diverse cultures, voices, experiences and histories of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.

On June 11 from 5-6 pm, we will be hosting a Indigenous Book Chat at Fleetwood branch. Everyone will be sharing and discussing their favourite titles by Indigenous authors

Celebrate with these titles!
