Family Resource Program

For parents, grandparents or caregivers of children (birth to 6 years old) who want to connect with other families and learn from Early Childhood Educators. There are also listings for each of the Family Resource Programs locations in the education section, as well as a listing for the similar Semiahmoo Family Place.

Red Fox Recreation & Leadership Programs

Provides fun all-ages recreation programs for children and families. Also have leadership and employment skills programs for teens at schools across Surrey. All programs are free for participants. Contact Red Fox to find a current list of locations.

Strong Start

Offered at most elementary schools. It is a free early learning program for preschool-aged children and their parent or caregiver. Offers learning activities to help get ready for success in kindergarten.

Surrey Libraries

Surrey Libraries offers a range of free programs across Surrey at our branches. You can see what is coming up on our website or grab a paper calendar next time you are at your local branch. Programs include things like storytimes, book clubs, extra reading help, and craft programs.

The Youth Space

The Youth Space is a safe, sober, and inclusive space for youth ages 10-24 in Bakerview Park, Surrey. All our activities and events are run by local youth in community, based off their own passions and interests. Also have supports for accessing education, employment and more.
