For inclusion in our collection, please confirm that your book meets the following guidelines:

You are a resident of the Lower Mainland (or were when the book was published). Or the book must be about the Lower Mainland.

You are submitting one title only on this submission form. (For additional separate titles use a separate submission form.)

The book submitted here has been published within the last 3 years. You will not submit more than two books published in any single 12-month period.

The book meets acceptable proofreading, professional quality formatting, and preparation standards. The book must be bound in a format appropriate for library circulation (e.g. no 3-ring binding, coil, stapled pages, etc.)

The title of your book is printed on the book spine. (Rare exceptions may be considered for some thin beginner readers, but board books, picture books, teen books, and adult books should have a spine title.)

No part of your book was generated through AI (Artificial Intelligence).

The book does not contravene Canadian law.

The book is not already in our collection.
