How to send print jobs from your device via the print portal:
Step 1: Send your print job
- Click on the branch above where you want to pick up your print job.
- Select the file you wish to print from your computer or mobile device.
- Select colour options and number of copies to print. Additional print options are available under settings.
- Click the tick box to accept the Terms and Conditions. Then, click Continue.
- Enter your email address and click OK.
- The next screen will show you the status of your print job.
- Files larger than 100MB cannot be processed for printing.
Step 2: Come to the library
- At the Print Release Station in the library, select “Release a Print Job”.
- Enter the email address you supplied and select your print job.
- You have 24 hours to collect your print job at the library. Any print job not collected within 24 hours is permanently deleted.
- Print jobs are permanently deleted after they have been printed.
