Creative Writing Workshop on Fiction with Kevin Chong

Are you writing a work of fiction or possibly planning to? Would you like to get some tips and advice from an expert? This is your chance. Kevin Chong, our local author of several books of fiction and nonfiction, will be leading the workshop and sharing his knowledge.

Kevin’s work has appeared in The Guardian, The Rumpus, and more. Kevin’s novel The Double Life of Benson Yu was recently longlisted for the prestigious 2023 Scotiabank Giller Prize, one of Canada’s top literary prizes. He currently lives in Vancouver and is an assistant professor at the University of British Columbia.
