Online card registration is for people aged 12 and up. All fields must be filled in to process your card.

Online library collections are only available to Surrey residents due to licensing agreements.

Please note, suggesting titles for our collection is only available to patrons who have received a physical library card from one of our 10 branches.

Due to the large demand for online cards, it could take up to 7 days for us to process your online card. If you would like a library card sooner, please visit your local branch.
