Request a Library Tour

We love having groups come to the library!

Schedule a visit to the library with your class or group. We need at least 3 weeks notice so that we can plan for a successful experience. Please fill out the form below and we will contact you within a week to confirm details.

  • All visits (not only tour visits) of school, daycare, preschool and day camp groups must be booked via this form, or by contacting your local branch. This allows for staff to ensure a positive experience for your group and other library users.
  • No location can accommodate more than 2 classes at a time due to fire code restrictions.

Some typical library visits are:

  • School fieldtrips for Grades K-3 featuring storytime
  • School fieldtrips for Grades 4-8 featuring book talks or research training
  • Career & job search tours
  • Newcomer tours
  • Group tours

  • An opportunity to get library cards for your group
  • A guided visit of 45-60 minutes with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • A welcoming storytime, book talk, or research help
