Ancestry Library — International genealogy resource with the largest online Canadian family history collection, searchable by surname. Includes many digitized full records. Available in library only at the Cloverdale Library Family History department.
Ancient & Medieval History Online — Cultures of ancient Egypt, ancient Mesopotamia, ancient Greece, ancient Rome, ancient and medieval Africa, medieval Europe, the Americas, and ancient and medieval Asia. Includes biographies, timelines, maps and videos.
Auto Repair Reference Centre — Repair information on more than 35,000 vehicles from 1945 to present, including drawings and step-by-step photographs, technical service bulletins & recalls issued by the original equipment vehicle manufacturer, wiring diagrams for easy viewing and printing, specifications & maintenance schedules and labour time estimates. Designed for the general public.

Canadian Newsstream — Daily and local newspapers. Includes Vancouver Sun, Province, Globe & Mail, National Post, and Surrey Leader. Some papers are not available for 2 days after publication. Now includes obituary search.
CareerAIM — Canada's largest single source of job postings. Includes job boards, industry job sites, corporate websites, newspapers, and all levels of government postings. Available in library only at all Surrey Libraries. Up to 3 users at a time.

Encyclopaedia Universalis — French language encyclopedia for native French speakers, bilingual students, or anyone learning French. Published by Encyclopedia Britannica.
Encyclopaedia Universalis Junior — French language encyclopedia for ages 7 and older. Covers subjects studied in school and of interest to children. Based on the Britannica Student Encyclopedia.
European Views of the Americas: 1493 to 1750 — Contains more than 32,000 entries and is a comprehensive guide to printed records about the Americas written in Europe before 1750.
Explora — An easy to use search for EBSCO databases. For homework and research on many subjects.
Find My Past — World Collection includes U.K., U.S., Irish, Australia, New Zealand, and many smaller record sets from around the world including the 1939 Register. Also includes British genealogy resources: 1911 U.K. census, British military records, English births, marriages, deaths and more. Available in library only at the Cloverdale Library Family History department.
Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia — More than 25,000 encyclopedia articles covering most subject areas.
Global Road Warrior — Travel and cultural information for students, travelers, or business. Includes high-resolution maps and photos.

HeritageQuest — Combines digital, searchable images of U.S. federal census records with other genealogical and historic collections. Available in library only at the Cloverdale Library Family History department.
InstantFlix — Watch movies online. Includes film festival hits, family movies, classics, documentaries, and more.
JobFreeway — Search for jobs, post your resume. Employers can search for candidates in B.C. Available in library only at all Surrey Libraries.

Lynda.com — Online video courses taught by world experts. More than 4000 courses including software, business strategies, algebra and much more.
New users create an account with your library card. You can also download the Lynda.com app. Under the “Organization” tab type in surreylibraries.ca and click login.
