All Surrey Libraries branches will be closed Friday, April 18 for Good Friday and Monday, April 21 for Easter Monday. All branches are open Saturday, April 19, and all branches, except Port Kells, are open on Sunday, April 20.
Wills and Estate Records - Manitoba
Wills and estate records are a provincial responsibility. In Manitoba, estate files are transferred to the Archives of Manitoba after 20 years from rural courts and after 60 years from the Winnipeg court. Records that have not been transferred to the Archives are available at the appropriate court office. See Archives of Manitoba website for more information on probate records.
